Born in Naples, Italy, Federica Barletta is an Executive Producer, Project Manager and Talent Agent whose career spans some of the world’s leading brands, music labels, fashion, TV and entertainment companies.
Building her career in London as Production Director at Wonderland Magazine, Federica honed her expertise in creative production and brand storytelling before relocating to Los Angeles in 2023.
She then launched her own creative production company, FB PRODUCTION LLC, registered in West Hollywood, CA.
With over a decade of experience across creative production, talent representation, live events, global marketing campaigns, editorials, and casting, Federica is celebrated for her ability to unite international vision with flawless execution.
Today, she collaborates with a prestigious roster of clients worldwide, serving simultaneously as Europe Agent Director at OPUS Beauty and Executive Producer for her own company, while continuing to expand her influence and network across the global creative industries.
